1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pestify website (the "Site") or our pest control services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Site or Services.

 

2. Services

Pestify offers pest control services in the Sydney metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to (see the "Services" page). By engaging Pestify's services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in our service agreement.

 

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Pestify are valid for a specified period and are subject to change. Prices may vary based on the nature and extent of the pest infestation. Any additional services not outlined in the initial quote will be subject to additional charges.

 

4. Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion of the pest control treatment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Pestify accepts Australian cash, debit cards, credit cards (Amex not included). Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or legal action.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 2 business days notice. Cancellations with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

6. Warranty

Pestify provides a 6 month warranty for general pest control services (subject to change based on treatment). If the pest issue persists within the warranty period, Pestify will reevaluate and, if necessary, provide additional treatment at no extra cost.

 

7. Liability

While Pestify takes every precaution to ensure the effectiveness and safety of our pest control treatments, we cannot guarantee the complete eradication of pests in all circumstances. Pestify is a fully licensed and insured business operating per the Australian standards.

 

8. Confidentiality

Pestify respects the privacy of our clients. Any information collected during the provision of our Services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our Site or Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Pestify reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
